Anja Oehmichen has been admitted to the bar since 2003 and has since worked as a company lawyer for various enterprises in the pharma and biotech industries, not least as Head of Legal Department at STADA Arzneimittel AG. She has long-standing experience in the areas of stock corporation law and capital market regulation, corporate law, pharmaceutical law, compliance, as well as in the counseling and implementation of M&A projects. Since 2009, Mrs Oehmichen ist partner at Oehmichen Lawyers.
