Dr. Alexander Oehmichen
Dr. Alexander Oehmichen has been working as a business lawyer since 1988 and has been admitted to the bar since 1995. Before establishing his own law firm in 2008, he worked for private enterprises for more than 20 years, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry. His former positions include company lawyer at Boehringer Mannheim, Head Corporate Counsel at Knoll AG/BASF Pharma Ludwigshafen and, lastly, member of the Executive Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG. Consequently, he has extensive experience in both management and various fields of law. He counsels to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, covering the areas of pharmaceutical law, compliance, stock corporation law and capital market regulation, commercial and corporate law, license agreements, M&A projects and corporate restructuring. Dr. Oehmichen is a regular guest lecturer at various universities and gives papers at seminar events.
